Lora Beeken, MS, CCC-SLP

Lora received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in communication sciences and disorders from Radford University. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed by the Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology in Virginia. Lora has worked with persons with communication disorders since 1986. She has worked in private settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and individual homes, as well as in the public schools. Her work at the T/TAC has concentrated on providing teachers, speech language pathologists, and parents with information and technical assistance for students with a variety of communication delays and disorders, with special interest in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC).
