Susan Schulz obtained her M.A. and Ed.S. degrees in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech and is endorsed as a K–8 Mathematics Specialist. She taught in a fully-inclusive general education classroom for eight years and served as a reading and mathematics instructional specialist for two years in Montgomery County Public Schools.

Sue’s focus areas include instructional coaching and using data-driven instruction and practices to support students who are struggling with reading, mathematics, and behavior. She also supports administrators and school teams with implementing inclusive practices, focusing on co-teaching and student and staff well-being.
