Dana McCaleb is a coordinator of instruction.  She is a Strategic Instruction Model Professional Development Leader, a Fusion Reading Professional Developer, and a LETRS facilitator.  Dana has worked with students with and without disabilities at the secondary level for over twenty-five years. She provides high-quality professional learning and coaching to educators implementing evidence-based practices. Her specialties include SIM, Fusion Reading®, tiered instruction and interventions, inclusive practices, instructional coaching, teacher leadership, and school-wide change.  Before coming to T/TAC, she worked for the University of Kansas Center for Research on Learning as a project coordinator. Dana earned her B.S. from Radford University and her M.Ed. from Lynchburg College.
