With a passion for helping each individual maximize their learning potential, Kitty Wade has over 20 years of experience as a special education teacher in public schools.  Her areas of specialization include effective and dynamic co-teaching partnerships as well as data-driven instruction and assessment in mathematics and literacy.  Recently, Kitty developed an interest in providing for the unique instructional needs of students with disabilities who are also identified as English Language Learners.

Kitty received her Masters of Education degree in Special Education from the College of William and Mary with a heavy emphasis on inclusive education.  In addition, she obtained her Educational Specialist degree in Mathematics Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech.
