This series will focus on creating a positive, safe, and healthy classroom through connection and community building.  Attendees will learn about how important environment, expectations, and routines are during this challenging return to school, while also focusing on self-care.

This is a two part webinar that introduces speech language pathologists to ways for developing and utilizing interactive activities for both in person and virtual therapy sessions.  Virtual therapy platforms, using technology to create engaging activities, reinforcement, and taking data during therapy sessions are some of the topics discussed.  A note taking tool and resource list accompany this webinar.

This webinar was recorded live and edited into three parts with the goal of professional development material for administrators, all teachers as well as co-teaching teams, either individually or as a community of practice. This can be used in your division, your school, your department, or at any grade level. Attendees will learn about the High Leverage Practices (HLP’s) in Special Education, the importance of HLP #16, explicit instruction (EI), in all learning environments followed by videos of these practices in action.
